Throughout her career, Olivia has worked across emergency services and case management settings, serving both as a bedside nurse and in nursing leadership roles. Olivia has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve recovery and mental health stabilization, particularly within underserved communities. Through her work in quality assurance and compliance, she helps ensure patients receive safe, ethical, and high-quality care across every level of service.
