This interactive training explores the key indicators that demonstrate successful outcomes across the behavioral health continuum—from prevention and early intervention through crisis response, treatment, care transitions, and long-term recovery.
Participants will learn how to build a balanced measurement approach that considers timely access, engagement, clinical improvement, safety, continuity of care, recovery, patient experience, equity, workforce capacity, and data quality. Through practical examples and a collaborative activity, participants will identify meaningful indicators, balancing measures, and review practices that can turn performance data into actionable improvements for individuals, families, and communities.
